Panattoni, which says it is a leading project developer for industrial and logistics sites in Europe, handed over a new logistics hub in Neuruppin to the Fressnapf Group on 18 August.
The new hub has a total usable floor area of approximately 47 500 m2. With a block storage area and high-bay warehouse jointly offering capacity for 3 500 articles plus around 23 000 pallets, the premises have adequate space for storing tins, bags of food and treats.
The hub is located in the commercial and industrial park Treskow I, with direct links to the town centre and situated just a few minutes’ drive from the A24 federal motorway, close to the Berlin motorway ring. Fressnapf thus benefits from a strategically advantageous location for supplying over 400 stores in the north and east of Germany as well as across Poland and Scandinavia.
In addition to dignitaries from the region, Christian Kümmel, managing director of the Fressnapf Group, attended the inauguration along with the managing partner of Panattoni Germany and Austria, Fred-Markus Bohne, and other representatives of Fressnapf and Panattoni.
